    I haven't been able to get my account enabled, either. I've tried replying to the welcome message like it says to, and the autoresponse is Huh?

    I need my account enabled as well purchased through snowcovered and sent note to Lee. However it's been 24 hours and still waiting. Should I send the email somewhere else I find it odd not having a shared inbox for things like this.

    I also need to get my account enabled. I made a purchase Thursday and am still waiting for my account to be re-activated. I sent emails to lee@dnncreative.com
    as well as dnncreative.payments@gmail.com. I've also tried replying to the welcome message like it says to, and the autoresponse is Huh?

    I am having the same issues. Renewed by subscription days before it expired (October 22, 2012), but the window in the upper right screen says my subscription is inactive. I have written two emails to support, but have never head anything. This is very frustration for a loyal customer of many years. Can someone at DNNCreative please look into this issues.

    I am having a similar problem. I renewed my subscription back in September but haven't been able to access anything since. I just get a notice saying that my subscription is inactive and my emails regarding the matter aren't being answered. Strangely I can still post to this forum.

    Very frustrating.

    Joe Craig got things working for me, seems I had two usernames. All is OK now. (Thanks Joe!)

    Hopefully he can also get your subscription worked out Mad Marcus.
