    Email to Lee, email to snow covered, Snowcovered trouble ticket filled out, phone call to Snowcovered 800 number -- still not active, but I do keep getting more "thank you for your orders" from SC with links to their download page

    Is there a real person to call at either one of these companies to call and get help?

    btw order status is completed and of course our card has been successfully charged

    Hi Jim, I've activated your subscription.

    Sorry for the confusion, there should have been a note somewhere on Snowcovered saying 'please allow 24 hours'. This is because we are based in the UK and it can be late in the day here.

    We are working on a system to automatically subscribe our Snowcovered customers.
