Dewain Riddle (dewain.riddle@cbthomebank.com) is my supervisor and he has sent numerous emails to Andy requesting that he be able to access the site. It says his subscription is inactive. He has requested access for me since he joined the site last August. Please assist with this situation. Thanks. |

We never received the subscription. I have logged a complaint with snowcovered regarding the issue. We paid for a year and it was never activated. |

I am not sure why you had trouble with the email, I am thinking that it's getting blocked by some spam filters. |

I have a similar problem, I renewed my subscription that was to expire on 11/7/2012. It was renewed on October 25, 2012 Invoice #11175 and it showed that the subscription was extended to 11/7/2013. But after 11/7/2013 my subscription went to inactive. I tried contacting support several times but never received a response back. I went ahead and paid for another subscription that know shows active till 12/9/2013. The issue I have know is I have two paid subscriptions for the same year. If you could just put the two together and show my subscription ending 11/7/2014 I would be OK with that. I have sent several emails to support@dnncreative.com and never have had a reply I also sent these emails to lee@dnncreative.com |
