I'm having an issue with this as well. My company purchased the subscription through Snowcovered.com. And I'm not certain how to get the subscription we paid for to apply so that we can get the videos. ANY help is much appreciated!

For purchases of a subscription from Snowcovered, once you have made the purchase, you download the zip file that is available from Snowcovered which provides the instructions.
