    Hi,

I need to be able to change the row color in a grid used for say the permissions of a page. Right now ever other row is white but since I have a dark skin the normal text is white and therefore you can't see anything in the row.

    Thanks so much,

    David

You can do this by styling the alternating text.  You'll need to figure out the style of the alternating text, and then change it in your skin.

I'd recommend that you take a good look at the DotNetNuke Skinning Toolkit and also Troubleshooting DotNetNuke Skins.  The DNN Creative includes a lot of other tutorials about skinning that you may find useful as well.

I might also recommend that you set the administrative skin back to one of the standard skins.

I meant to include this: if you look in default.css, you will find styles defined for datagrid components. You can override any of them in your skin.css file.
