skin.vb not included in DNN 4.4.1?

    We recently moved to DNN 4.4.1 and are experiencing performance issues related to our skins.  While looking into this matter I noticed that skin.vb is nowhere to be found although the ascx files reference the codeBehind file of skin.vb!

    Is skin.vb no longer part of the  DNN 4.4.1 installation files?

    If you have the 4.4.1 source, you should find skin.vb in Library\Components\Skins.

    If you aren't looking at the source package, but another one, I assume that skin.vb isn't required for install, upgrade, etc.
