    where can I find default.css and in Minimal Extropy's skin.css for DNN 5.1

    The default.css file is in the Portals/_default directory. You will also find portal.css there. The skin.css file is normally found in the skin's root directory. For Minimal Extropy, this is Portals/_default/Skins/MinimalExtropy.
