    I've a question about text vertical center in the menu on image! How? (without image it work by css with vertical-align: middle property but when is present an menu icon it don't work, the text is always low compared to the image! I'm no able to center text on the image)

    Could you try adding padding to move the text into the position you require? - Make sure you test this in both Firefox and IE as they both may react differently.
