    Can any one help me how to develop skins in version 1.0.10..Please provide me the required document.

    I have not skinned v1 before, I seem to recall it changed when it went to version 2, which is the method we still use up to version 4.9.

    I would recommend that you try to use as recent a version of DotNetNuke as you can. If you can't upgrade to 4.x (and I'd recommend 4.9.0) then at least try to use the last 3.x version.

    I'm afraid I can't give any hints as I have not used v1. The only thing I can suggest is to go to sourceforge and download version 1 to see if there are any skinning docs included with the download:
