This site just loaded up. I think you need a keep alive service. Looks like you are on godaddy based on the subfolder they made you install DNN within. I have one site on godaddy and it gets pinged every 5 minutes by dnnmonitor.com

Dnnmonitor.com will keep your site loaded into the servers memory so you dont lose users who think the site is down when it takes 60 seconds to load.

    Onto the site review----

The site is nice. I like the look. I read some of the pages and they are informative. I saw the forum and there isnt much traffic yet. Thats always tough. Maybe some advertising would help you. I advertised on facebook which was pretty good for me but may not be as good for your site. You may want to try google. I see prisontalk.com is running adsense so your ads will likely showup on their site.

Some advice to you since you have so few posts is to dump the DNN core forums. Its just not good and Im glad DNN bought ActiveModules and will dump the existing core forums. You should probably buy Active Social for your site which will really give your site the features to build a community. Check out Michael washingtons blog post where he talks about how he added active social to his site and his traffic has gone up from zero to hundreds a day. Also he is growing fast. Before he installed active social, he was getting 2 or 3 new users a month. After he installed it he is getting 150+ per month and growing exponentially.
check out his post and good luck http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources...ocial.aspx

Sorry, i know Im piling on, but I would also move the site to PowerDNN hosting. You have nobody on the site now and its sloooow. Thats not your fault its Godaddy. When you start getting a big userbase the thing will just get worse and worse. Power DNN is really awesome and worth every penny if your serious about giving this site a chance to make it. THey will help you migrate the site to their servers for free. Also you can keep Godaddy and use Godaddy as a storage repository for offsite backups(PowerDNN control panel can automatically FTP a daily site backup to wherever you specify (really great), and since Godaddy gives such a nice amount of file storage you might as well keep it for 8 bucks and take advantage of the storage and enjoy the fact that the data is being backed up to a location with physical diversity.

Another helpful tip is that on your home.aspx screen you have "locate, educate, integrate" The text in those sections is not actually text but an image. It would help your google to have anything like that as text so when google/bing come around indexing you can get pushed up in the results which will drive more traffic to you. Google cant read that text in other words.

PS just wanted to say i think the site is great. I hope i didnt make you feel bad. My info is honestly trying to be helpful.

Adding "alt" text to images helps in this regard.
