Looks good, nice styling on the menu.
One thing I would ask is what do you want the visitor to do when they first visit the home page? Where do you want to send them? What do you want to get from the visitor? Asking these questions may help to clear the home page and set the visitor in a definite direction that you wish them to take around the site.
The text paragraphs may benefit from a little more line height spacing as I am finding it hard to read the text - in fact I just skipped most of it because I was struggling to read it all.
