videos won't download

    I just subscribed to the site and when I try to download a video it tells me that it can not find the URL. I am using IE 7 and I am on a corporate LAN with a firewall. Are you experiencing dificulties with the videos right now?

    Hello,

    If it can not find the URL it sounds as though the server is down. That is why there are options for most of the downloads to download from either a UK or American server to ensure that you can download a video even if one of the servers is down and to have as high uptime as possible.

    Did you try both servers?

    I've just tried to download some videos and the links are working, are you still experiencing problems?

    If you are still having problems, which page are you trying to download from? - Can you download any of the other videos?
