    Greetings,

I am planning an install onto windows sbs 2003. I have not installed dotnetnuke on this platform before so am wondering if anyone is aware of the process involved. I know the file system on windows 2003 is heavily locked down and want to be sure before i start that i have all the necessary information at hand.

Also, is it possible to have two versions of DNN on the same server and what considerations do i need to keep in mind.  The second version is 3.3.x

    Thanks in anticipation.

I don't know the answer to the 2003 question but, yes, you can have multiple copies of DotNetNuke installed. They will be in separate directories, and running as separate web sites. Just as you can have multiple website, you can have multiple installations of DotNetNuke.

You may want to read this article: How to install DotNetNuke 4.3.x with SQL Server
it's for 2003 and will be similar for 4.5.3

and if you are new to installing have a look at the video tutorial for XP and 4.5.x as it will be similar:
How to install DotNetNuke 4.5 to Windows XP Pro with IIS

Hopefully with those 2 tutorials you will be able to work it out for your set up, thanks,
