Hi fellow DNN'ers,

I am looking for a Support ticketing system/module. I have searched the web and found a few but so far only one worthy of mention: www.oldturtle.net.

Any other suggestion that would fit the latest DNN version, Free or Commercial version.

Besides the OldTurtle product, there is a ZenDesk module in the DNN Store (store.dnnsoftware.com).

CRM and HelpDesk products have not been big in the DNN universe.

Depending on the capabilities you need, you might be better off using a product such as JIRA, SmarterTrack, Basecamp, Freedcamp or others. There are sophisticated capabilities in those products and they are all available as cloud-based applications. They can be relatively inexpensive, again depending on your needs.
