Hello, My client has an existing site - mycompany.com and has just bought a new domain called backflowtestkit.repair that he wants to map to a page on mycompany.com. I looked into siteurls.config and wrote a rule like this .*backflowtestkit\.repair.* ~/Default.aspx?tabid=58 but it doesn't work. When I type in www.backflowtestkit.repair, I just get to the mycompany.com home page (via the site alias that I set up initially). From searches, it sounds like the rewriter that uses siteurls expects an actual page - like www.backflowtestkit.repair/mypage but I really don't want to have to use anything other than the domain. Most of the search hits I find recommend iFinity URL Master but it sounds like that has been incorporated into DNN 7.1 (which I'm using). Basically, I'm confused about what I should be able to do with DNN rewrite rules. I don't really have access to IIS settings (hosted at PowerDNN). Any suggestions? Thanks, Tom |
