Is there a module available that is goo to use for getting readers comments and one that makes it difficult for the viagra ads to use? On many sites, I see at the bottom a place where people can put in their response. What is a good one to use with DNN?

Many of the article and blog modules have a built-in comment facility. For those, look for modules where the comments can be "moderated". That means that you will get to read the viagra ads, but your site visitors will not. You can approve comments.

You can do similar things with the Form & List module, too. It lets you moderate comments.
