Over billed for subscription

Has anyone else gotten billed 3 times for the subscription?
How did you resolve it?
I signed up and I was billed 3 times via PayPal for the subscription.
PayPal is going to take 10 days to research it but my account is bouncing like crazy after paying 240 for a 80 subscription.
Any help please.. I emailed the address that sent me the confirmation for my invoice but I did not get a reply yet.
I am a very small business and this really hurt me financially.

Teri,
If you paid three times, that must mean that there are three Paypal transactions. I would also suggest that you review the transactions in your Paypal account to see what is there.
DNNCreative has pretty much a "hands off" relationship when it comes to payments. All payments are handled via Paypal. Then, they notify DNNCreative that payment has been made so a subscription can be entered.
The "Good news /Bad News" part of this is that your subscription is marked paid throught 4/23/2016!
Please let us know if this doesn't get worked out promptly.

Teri,
You will need to contact PayPal and have them reverse the two extra charges.
