Please guide me regarding:
1.Which user I need to assign permissions if IIS APPOOL/USGIDNN does not exist. Do I need to assign to CREATOR OWNER or IIS_USRS

2.As mentioned by some posts, was that the Account called Network service, we need to assign permissions to.

Add "Network Service" to the Security tab and give it full permissions for the files in the web directory.

Make "Network Service" the AppPool Identify in the AppPool configuration.
