    I think that you are going to have to have your host's help with this one.

    Some things that you can do:

    1. Put an index.html file in the installation's root directory, then browse to www.goldcoastwebwiz.com/index.html. Does that work? If it does, it indicates that IIS and the web directory are ok.

    2. Rename index.html to appoffline.htm. Now browse to www.goldcoastwebwiz.com. If that page is served, it means that asp.net is also working correctly.

    3. You should also check to make sure that the database is there and working and that you can connect to it. Try connecting using SQL Server Management Studio.

    Attempted to access the database through the Resellers C-Panel;

    Expanding the "tree" error;
    URL that was requested does not exist

    Opening the "Users Dabases" folder error;
    404 - File or directory not found.

    Does this say it's gone Joe?

    Have a great one...

    I doubt that your installation is gone.

    You really need to get your host's support folks involved. You should be able to access the control panel. They should be able to fix it for you.

    Thanks for the help Joe.

    Here's the comments from Resellers.
    (They did their job - so credit to them as well.)

    Olle,

    Based on #2, we disabled asp.et 2.0 on the site and tested with 4.0.
    Your site is now loading ok, so it seems your site requires asp.net 4.0 to run correctly.

    Regarding connecting to the database, please review this article:
    http://client.resellerchoice.com/kn...id=9&id=48
    The panel database browser is very limited in features and often throws errors due to the volume of data being returned by the database server.

    Let us know if you need anything else.

    Thank you,

    Olle,

    Current versions of DotNetNuke will not run with ASP.NET 2. ASP.NET 4 is required, and there are some other requirements. The full list is at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources...ents.aspx.
