I am new to DNN and am wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.  When i found DNN website on the web and it said video tutorials for File Manager i was hopeing for a step by step guide on how to create a File Manager type website, but unfortuanltly after paying the subscription and viewing the video it's nothing like its not.

Could someone point me in the right direction on how i get started in creating a File Manager type website.  Do i have to install any modules, etc, is there anywhere i can get some sample code?

By "file manager type website" I assume that you mean that you want to be able to distribute files from your site.

On the DotNetNuke front, the Repository and Documents modules might be appropriate.

You can also put a File Manager module on a regular page. You'll need to work carefully to make sure that directory permissions are set correctly for your use.
