Hello,
This is done by editing your skin. Within a skin are tokens such as [LOGIN] [SEARCH] etc.
All you have to do is move or delete the tokens as required.
Be careful if playing with the login token to ensure that you don't delete it and prevent yourself from logging in to your portal.
