When I try to
upload a new skin, I go to admin, skin, and click on the module drop
down box. But there is no option for uploading skins. How do I upload a
skin?
You need to enable the permissions for the individual portal to upload skins, you do this by:
Login as HOST
Go to Host >> Host Settings
Under Advanced >> Other Settings is Skin Upload Permission which is by default set to Host.
Change to Portal.
