When someone with a Child Portal tries to use the Layout Mode they get an error message



What can we do to correct this?

This looks like an error either in the skin or a container.

Are you using a custom skin or containers? If so, configure the page (or the site) to use the Dark Knight skin and containers temporarily. Does the error go away.
