Your site is sent to the user's browser as HTML. The ascx files are used internally, and are never seen by users, search bots, web spiders, etc. All content management systems use programming tools such as ascx or php to generate the pages.

I would concentrate on making sure that your site is built "correctly" and that the pages, etc. are optimized for search engines. Google "SEO" plus the name of you tool that is used to build the site, e.g. "SEO DotNetNuke" and you will find lots of information.

Converting your site to html is, imho, not something that you should need (or want) to do.

You may need to try http://flash-html5.net

First of all they are very Cheap, Professional and Fast responding.

I know that a bad website experience can create bad feelings about your company. A poor mobile experience makes them less likely to engage with a company in the future.

After your site is converted to HTML5, Wordpress, Joomla etc, search engines will be able to crawl and index it. Customers will then be able to search you, and view your website on any mobile device that they own, ultimately increasing in your search engine rankings....
