Trouble Getting Subscribed

I purchased a subscription on SnowCovered and sent an email to Lee per the instructions to get it activated. I then sent one to Andy (per other instructions.) I've gotten bounce messages in both cases.
Can someone at DNN Creative help? Your instructions for activation may need to be updated.

I apologize for the mail problems. Work was in progress today to actually improve timely handling of incoming mail. Hopefully that's been solve. Your subscription issue has been solved, too!
