In Chrome I dont get an error but it just hangs.

Patrick,
There is something really strange going on. I can click and download all 8 of the links in the Downloads section of that page ... but only if I click on the titles. The "Download" links are bad, so we will have to get those fixed. In the meantime, use the titles to download the files.
And, I really appreciate your persistence in pushing me to identify the problem.
