    Hi Lee,

With issues I have mentioned with UCanUse after installing DNN 4.4.1, I decided to go through your tutorial on a custom registration form.

Here is what I set up:

To keep it simple for the user, the basic information on the initial page - First name, Last name, display name, and email.

I continued to add the accept terms custom property. Now, even though, at this point, I would like to have seen this property on the initial page, it is required, and showing on the page they get to after they login in on a verified portal instance.

    Here is the problem:

Everything worked as expected in your tutorial, until, that user came back in and went to manage their profile (user being me testing). I managed profile and unchecked the accept terms tick box. Now, I thought by logging out and then logging back in, I would have been confronted with the second screen asking me, again, to accept the terms. Nope.

    Am I missing a step?

    hello,

You can get the accepted terms custom property to be displayed on the initial registration page.

Have you viewed this tutorial: How to Manage Profile Properties in User accounts (Creating a custom registration page)

Where we create a custom single registration page. - view video 2

    - Go to user accounts / users settings/ tick - require a valid profile for registration

Regarding the problem you have discovered, I have just tested it in DNN version 4.4 .0 and I have the same problem, this may be a bug that the core team are not aware of.

    thanks,
