I don't understand how I can change the dictionary in telerik rad editor. I have found this article:

I have uploaded another dictionary and I have made this changes in web.config:

<add verb="*" validate="false" path="Telerik.Web.UI.SpellCheckHandler.axd" type="Telerik.Web.UI.SpellCheckHandler, Telerik.Web.UI"/>

but I don't be able to set the Language property of the RadEditor:
