Hi, Is it possible to add questions that allow the user to add free text? For example, "How do you think we can improve our service?" not just single and multi-selection questions.

For something like that, take a look at Dynamic Forms, Form Master, or the DotNetNuke Form and List module.

For the results of a survey, can you add a subsequent paragraph further explaining the results? Paragraph will not save in results template.
