I've been following the excellent OWS videos. I have reproduced the functionality of the KbArticle Part 2 series of 5 videos but using my own table. However I have a problem. When I introduce a variable of type 'form' (@PracticeCode) in the attachment, I loose debugging detail. The Update also fails to work Clicking on Tools/View shows the latest Page or Ajax event but the Expand Detail section on the debug screen fails to show any content. The javascript status message at the base of IE reports 'Error on Page'. If I remove the variable @PracticeCode then normal service is resumed. I have checked the database entries for spurious characters but can find nothing. I cannot find a report of anything similar. I am using IE7, OWS 2.1.16.0 and DNN 04.09.00. Thanks for any help

Now that I've reached Episode 5 of the OWS series all is made clear! At that point we are advised not to use Internet Explorer to debug OWS - there is an error in OWS that prevents this from working. The problem resolves using Firefox.
