joined Reseller Choice on June 4 to try them out, I've been hosting my
other sites at CrystalTech, which I have been happy with but liked the
features offered at RC.
Following some confusion as to how the support ticketing process works, I received a call from Rob. I had submitted two support tickets and had received no response via email. After talking with Rob, I went back and checked in the support system online, where my original questions were in fact answered in a timely fashion. So to make a long story short, I didn't get an email update on my ticket from them, but I didn't check the online system either.
As this was partly my fault for not checking the online support system, I've modified my original post here instead of responding to Rob's comments below.
In all fairness I was probably too quick to post a negative comment and in hindsight knowing all the facts I'd give reseller choice a positive review in terms of support.
As I'm only in my first month of service and have not yet pushed my site live, I'll hold any comments in regards to performance until a later date.
Sorry for the confusion Rob, and thanks for being responsive and professional.
