I'm getting first rate service from Infuse Web and only have great things to report.

They have been very responsive to my needs, have helped me set up DNN, consider it a "supported" application and have worked earnestly with me whenever I've had a problem.   They also have posted guidelines on how to install DNN on their servers.  At this time they are not doing an install by request, but will gladly unzip the zip file into a directory of your choice.

I have a reseller account for $45/month.  This allows me 50 domains.  I have two codebases set up and have very successfully configured each one to host multiple portals (about a dozen each at this time).

From my experience the HELM control panel is unparalled in managing your accounts.  It even has ongoing monthly billing options.

Infuse web is not the cheapest, but the servers are not overloaded, you get personal phone and email service, and my applications are always up and responsive.  You get what you pay for.
