Support: Ticket based is good, but 24/7 online chat works best and you get a response right away for most small issues.

Performance: my site is up most of the time.  I haven't had many issues at all.

Value For Money:  Awesome value.  Especially with all the unlimited space and SQL databases.  I am a little worried it is too good to be true, but so far I have 4 DNN sites hosted on one plan.

The one other issue I have had is when I install DNN the last two times I have had the following error.

Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...FAILURE 400 - Thread was being aborted.

I looked on DNN's site and it looks like it is a timeout issue.  The last time I had this issue I just waited until later that night. (6pm PST) and it worked fine.

This time I have a trouble ticket in.

FYI - IX now supports DNN and will install it for you.

Do you find it hard to work with the Sql Server Control Panel?  I have been trying to restore my database after creating a local bak file then ftping it up the the domain, but can't access it.   I tried doing it directly from sql server 2005 but still no luck
