Server Error in '/' Application.

Can anybody help me in solving the above shown problem

I am mentionig what steps i followed

1. I made a site locally

2. After that i uploaded on server

3. When i browsed this i got this error

4. I searched the connectionstring in webconfig and it is ok

But locally this site is working good

If anyone know about this please help
