I have a skin which places a graphic with a black background behind the Account Login module.

In CSS I say "Color: white" to make the Text white and show up on the black background.

The only control showing white text is the Login button.

The User Name help link, Password help link, Register link and Forgot Password link are all Blue.

What command do I need to add to make them White?

It depends what CSS class you have assigned to them.

If you created your skin with a html file in the skin.xml file you will have specified a class for each of the tokens, so you need to view which classes you have specified for the tokens and then set the CSS styling for those classes.

If you have created your skin using skin.ascx files, look at the code and you will see CssClass is specified for each token, so from here you can view the CSS classes for styling the tokens and add the CSS into your skin.CSS file.
