Hi, in my site the time is  01:43 early to our local time. I've done the changes from Admin->Site Settings->Advanced Settings->Other Settings->Portal Time Zone->(UTC+10:30) Amsterdam,Berlin,Bern,Rome  as I have to the time of Rome.  Will I have to change in any other places??

There are several places where time is an issue.
  • Make sure that the server's clock is set correctly.
  • There is a setting for the site's time zone.  Look under Site Settings, Advanced Settings, Other Settings.  If your skin displays the date and time, that should be seen when the user is NOT logged in.
  • Each user has a timezone setting.  If you are displaying date and time, the user should see his correct time when logged in.

If you are using a 4.8.x version of DotNetNuke and have the most recent Text/HTML module installed, you can use a token in that module to display the date and time, even if it isn't in your skin.

I'm using dnn 4.5.5 version. And according to your replies we have done all the necessary changes but it's still the same. Any other options??

The fact that the time error isn't a multiple of one hour is really odd!

I can only suggest checking the server's internal clock once again.
