I subscribed and received and e-mail of successful subscription.  I then logged off and logged back on.  I still receive the message

You need to Subscribe as a member of DNN Creative Magazine and Login to download this video tutorial.

How long does it take for the subscription to be recognized?

Hi Dan,

In most cases you get instant access. You didn't get instant access because you paid by echeque, which takes a few days for the payment to clear, and so Paypal didn't upgrade your access.

I have manually upgraded your account so that can get immediate access while your cheque is clearing.

Hope you find the tutorials useful,

Thanks,

Lee

I too have purchased via snowsnowcovered and received the email showing payment had been made. I sent the proof of purchase email as the zip file instructed. And registered as instructed... I also logged in and out several times.

And i still can't access modules....

Please advise and please help as soon as possible.

Thanks

In the previous post i mentioned
I still can't access modules

I meant i'm not able to access videos even after sending my proof of purchase.

Thanks

Still waiting and hoping.

RegGFX, you should now have full access. Apologies for the delay. When you purchase a subscription through snowcovered you do not get instant access as I have to manually upgrade your account on DNN Creative and I have been away over the past 2 days.

If you pay via PayPal on DNN Creative however you get instant access to all of the content as PayPal automatically upgrades your account on DNN Creative for you.

Hope you find the tutorials useful, thanks, Lee
