I am using solpartmenu control in my DNN site for navigation. Some of the pages are under development so I don’t want people to click the menu and view those pages. However I want those menus to show up as disabled menu item. Does anyone know how to get this working?

On the Page Settings for one of those pages, set the "Link" (under Advanced Settings) to point to the Home page or a dummy page. That will have the effect of making the menu entries inactive. You can change the Link to "None" to make the page active.
