If I'm planning 2 install in my own pc n use it 4 intranet purposes wat do i need?

Hello, welcome to the site.

Have you installed DNN at all? Which version are you going to install?

DNN3.x and 4.x differ in their requirements. I don't have any tutorials for installing DNN to a localhost installation so I would recommend you check out these resources:

which details information for installation and what you need.

Traincert offers a free local installation video covering installation for DNN3.x

If you are using DNN3.x you will need to install MS-SQL server - If you are installing DNN4 you can download the free SQL server Express that comes with Visual Web Developer Express.
