Hi

I am trying to alter the default value for time zone, but no matter what i do it always defaults to "(UTC -08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada); Tijuana"

I want to change the default value to "(UTC  00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London"

I have viewed the source on the registration page and found the markup for the list to be:

. . .

<option value="0">
       (UTC  00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London   
</option>

. . .

I have entered in the "Default Value" of the "Edit Profile Property Definition" page:

(UTC  00:00) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London

But this made no difference!

I even tried the "Option Value" ie 0

Hello,

To set the default timezone:

Login as admin
Go to the admin menu / site settings
Advanced settings / Other settings
There you will see 'Portal Time Zone'
Select your time zone and click on Update
