Hi all,

I made a rough implementation of the cool TransMenu 2.0 for DNN (4.5.3) and would like to share this with you. No guarantee for working, but have a try, it's free.
You can see my implementation here, just hover over the different menu items: http://www.gbsdeplantage.nl, it's very cool!

You can download it here: http://www.bsoft.nl/TransMenu.zip. Read the installation.txt its quite simple to use.

Regards,
Berthold

Interesting stuff - I've moved this to the announcements forum.

Thanks,

Lee

Berthold,

Cool indeed! Hartelijk dank.

I did have to make a small adjustment before I got it to work. In transmenu.ascx removed the trailing slashes: "/admin/skins/transmenu" to "admin/skins/transmenu".

Final remaining problem is getting the submenus starting to dropdown a little lower below the "root-items". Judging from the http://www.gbsdeplantage.nl you might have had the same problem, right?

Thanks again for sharing.

It's great to hear it works on your site. I do not have issues with that slash.

Hmmm you mention the spacing between the main items and the dropdowns... I didn't noticed it before. It's something of transmenu I guess. Have a look in the tansmenu.js file, in the top of that file there are some settings you may change, maybe this helps.

Regards,
Berthold

I did a small bug fix. When using Internet Explorer there was a limitation of sub menu's (8), that has been fixed now.

Enjoy!

Great menu control ... the download and install didn't hurt a bit.
