As a DNN virgin I quizzed the Support team about a number of things and ultimately decided to purchase a Business Account.
While the setup was not immediate (as I saw with some other providers) it was pretty quite.

My site has been up and running for a few weeks now and on the whole I am happy with the performance and services. The only down side is the lack of documentation on how to configure your portal (which is still pretty raw) and the mailbox settings - which is straight forward once you know how but a bit of a leap otherwise.

I am assured that propert documentation and Flash tutorials are on the way and once in place I would have no hestation in recommending them.
Thier support team respond quickly and know what there product very well.

If I had to score them I would say 8/10. Good service, functionality and performance. Could do better with documentation for 'newbies'
