I've got a couple of client accounts with them.  They seem knew, not a lot in their "Knowledge Base" of support, but so far excellent tech support on a case by case basis.  Seems to me their multiple domain packages for DNN are a great value.

Access:  http://seekdotnet.com

I use their PREMIUM package for $16/month, which provides FIVE domains.   Note, however, that the package only includes two (2) MSSQL environments, so only two of the five domains can be DNN PARENTS.   You can add additional MSSQL databases for $3/month, so to host five complete DNN HOSTS here would run $25/month... $5 each... not bad.

They have nice support for branding and client account management... made for resellers.

You can also buy an individual (single domain) DNN account for $7/month, but I like the PREMIUM for managing clients.  There are larger accounts for more domains per account, but by the time you end up adding back in the MSSQL fee, they all run about $5/month per DNN domain.

So far, response time has been good.

Not a bad service. Can be spotty tech support, depending who you get. Performance is better than JodoHost, although I prefer the setrup feautures in JodoHost. I prefer ResellerChoice to either of these, though.

My experience with them was not as favorable. 4 times I had to address lack of speed issues the first 2 times they claimed that moving me from one server pool to another would do the trick after that I was told I would need to upgrade to the next more expensive level and that would for sure take care of it. I did the upgrade and about 3 weeks later I had the same problem when they told me I again should upgrade plans I kinda got peturbed. I also had issues with email accounts that were neverresolved. When I told them I was leaving I never heard anything about it until my renewal was due. Thats when they decided to complain that the CC used was no longer valid.

I have since moved to PowerDNN the support and service have been great!

i have been with them for nearly 3 years now and so far the service is excellent. They did bring down the server for maintainance (which is quite understandable) and I;m always being informed for any routine maintainance task.

I am in Australia and with the money I spend with SeekDotNet.com, I am really satisfied. The Australian provider charges at least 3 times than they do and therefore, I have nothing to complain.
