Hi everyone,

I hope you will be able to advice me on this:

I want to create few groups with the different roles, but make it like this:

-          When someone wants to register, he clicks “register” and then he is presented with the choose A, B, C or D – where A, B, C and D are basically roles for that group;

-          Then, when he clicks (lets say) “A” opens registration screen (where will be slightly different register options depending of the user choice i.e. either A, B, C or D);

First question is of course is this possible? I presume it is, but not sure where I should start exactly. I have dnn 4.7 and have “played” a bit with this but with no good results

I know there are modules of such a kind to purchase, but I would like to learn…

Please I will appreciate very much advice where to start, in which order, …. And I’ll do the “legwork”…

Thank you. Regards,

Den

Hello,

The closest module to your needs is Ventrians subscription tools module. - if you purchase a subscription with Ventrian it gives you access to the source code of the modules, I would make a start by looking at the source code and then adapting it to your own needs.

Thanks,

Hi
  What you can do is there is an option which allows us to change the location of the user page.it is present in site settings.You can redirect that to your page first .And then you can create a module as you wish to
