Lee,

After having watched the site logs videos that you provide last issue I got to thinking,"Is it possible/easy to create new site log reports?"

I'd like to be able to report on how many times a particular user has visited a particular page and when, also what search criteria has been entered by users in the site search edit box. I'm sure that my boss has ideas on others too.

If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

Keep up the good work,

Adrian

Have you looked at the (some very detailed) reports that are available under the Admin tab?

And, whatever is in the event log is available to you via SQL.  The event log is "just" and SQL table, so you can create any reports that you want, given SQL and that data being available.  I haven't done a lot of poking, but I did once create reports that showed the number of unique logins per day.  It wasn't too hard to do that.

You could do much of this with the Reports module I would think.
