I began my first foray into web design in 2001.  It was a silly little site really just to invite people to my now 4 year old sons first birthday.  From there my interest in design, form & functionality took off.

That brings us to now and about 2 months ago when a friend told me about something called DotNetNuke.  What they couldnt tell me was

1) How to install it

2) How to configure it

3) How to optimize it.

Everything I have done with my current site has been totally and without a doubt because of the tutorials and forums on this site.  I really would have had a whole lot of nothing.  Sure I had to watch the install tutorial 2 or 3 times-actually thats a funny story: At 2 in the morning (when I do my best work) I was watching the tutorial and my husband could hear this man talking in a British accent and asked me in the morning who I had over  I digress, just recently I had a 3.3.2 melt down and ended up completely clearing out the entire root folder and starting over again & I did it easily and with out any problems!

Thanks Lee great tutorials with an amazing ability to not only show us how to...but to make it so we actually learn and the info sticks!
