Hi guys, I am just new for applying skins with the Dnn module. What I suppose to do is create a blank module and attach a skin on it, maybe a css file, and after that when the user install my module, my css file or my skin should be applied already without going to configurations. Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

Willy,

Skins are applied to pages, and affect all of the modules on a page. You don't attach a skin to a module.

You can, though, attach a css file to a module to override skin settings.

I'd recommend that you review the introductory tutorials here at the DNN Creative site to gain a better understanding of the relationships between all of various components within DotNetNuke.

As for skins, it might be best to start by modifying an existing skin, to help understand how all of this works.

You put a CSS file name module.css in your module's definition.

The best way to do that is to package your module into a .zip file with a .dnn file inside of it that defines everything.  Look at the tutorials that deal with Module Development.
