I have created a page and added a documents module.  I then added 3 documents to the module.  Later I wanted to assign Admin duties to a new user.  I created a Page Admin Security role and assigned the role to the user.  I gave the role edit premissions on the page and the module.  I changed the document owner from my self to the new user.

The new user can edit the document but cannot upload a new version of the document.  How can I change this?

I believe that users must have Edit rights to the module in order to be able to upload documents.
