I am receiving this error message when trying to configure the settings for the link:

Error: Module is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

It seems it is affecting the creation of portals. Every time I create a portal , the delete symbol appears near the name of the portal and consequently cannot access the new portal.

Can you help in guiding me what to do. Many thanks.

What does work on your site. Do you have other errors?

If you go to the event log, you can see if there error messages logged there have more details that could illuminate the source of the problem.

Which version of DotNetNuke are you using?
