    Hi Lee,

I am very excited to have found this site and look forward to digging through the tutorials. I payed via Paypal tonight and I still cannot access the videos although I can log in. Would you be able to activate my account manually?

I have two websites I need to get working on for a friend and am anxious to get them going as soon as possible.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Your payment via PayPal has not cleared yet which is why you don't have access. I have now manually given you access so that you can access the tutorials immediately. Hope you find them useful,

    Thanks,

    Lee

My payment must have cleared, because I got an email saying it had, and saying: "This email confirms that you have paid LJS Media 38.97 GBP using PayPal." And this: "Receipt Number: 5401-2365-9303-2091 " Somehow, I managed to download the first tutorial video of one set but now all I can get when logged in is "You need to Subscribe as a member of DNN Creative Magazine and Login to download this video tutorial." I have sent emails to both billing and Lee, but no answers yet. Maybe he is away. Can anybody point me in the right direction here? Thanks, Doug

    Hi Doug,

I replied to your email on the 8th, perhaps it went into your junk email?

    Hello,

You have 3 registered accounts on DNN Creative, the one with subscriber access is:
    Douglas Fairchild

Would you like me to remove the other registered user accounts?

     Thanks,

    Lee

    Hi, Lee ...

I keep trying to qualify for moron, so I can say I'm smarter than my dog, but it's so hard.
Douglas Fairchild is fine. If I forget it, I can always ask my wife.
So yes, please delete the others.

Sorry for the bother, but thanks .... Doug
